Transko announces TFC, TCF5 and TXJ series, a new series of high stability TCXOs suitable for FEMTOCELL applications and other fast data connections. Available in CMOS and Clipped sinewave outputs, with frequency stability of ±0.1ppm over operating temperature of 0°C to 70°C and ±0.25ppm over -40°C to 85°C, these devices also feature an optional voltage tuning range of ±5ppm at 10% linearity. The cost is far more reasonable than the OCXO.

Transko announces TSVF series, a high frequency VCXO with frequency range up to 800.000MHz The TSVF is designed to cover wide range of applications including 4G wireless, LTE, base stations, and other high-speed telecom infrastructure and is available in CMOS, LVPECL, and LVDS output. Fundamental and third overtone technologies are utilized to generate up to 250MHz with low phase noise. To offer precise accuracy, the TSVF can be tuned ±100ppm min. with control voltage range of 0.0V to 3.3V, and has temperature stability of ±50ppm max over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
