Transko announces TX-P series, a new series of high stability TCXOs suitable for base station, wireless backhaul and core network equipment applications. Available in CMOS and Clipped sinewave outputs with frequency stability of ±0.05ppm over operating temperature of -10°C to 60°C and ±0.1ppm over -10°C to 70°C, these devices also feature an optional voltage tuning range of ±5ppm at 10% linearity. In addition, the phase noise performance is superb as the TX-P series can achieve -130 dBc/Hz @100Hz offset and -145 dBc/Hz @ 1KHz offset in 26MHz CMOS output.
